Welcome to Mid America Bank, the bank that’s good for you and your community too!
At Mid America Bank we value our customers and the relationships that we have built through the years of serving our local communities.
"Phishing" Fraud Attempt - Attention All Mid America Bank Customers: Dear Customers: Apparently a ‘Phishing’ scam began in our area using Mobile numbers as its target. At this time it appears as if AT&T mobile users have been targeted. This scam is designed to dupe the recipient into believing their credit or debit card has been inactivated. The message asks the recipient to press "1" to reactivate their card and divulge their card information. This alert appears to be from the Mid America Bank. Please Note: There has been no data compromise of the Mid America Bank customer data or information. A ‘Phishing’ scam is intended to obtain your personal information for fraudulent use. Mid America Bank does not initiate contact to its customers for personal identification numbers and would never ask for personal or cardholder information as it already has this information in its secure database. If you received one of these phone messages please disregard it. If you did call the purported ‘secure phone line’ and divulge any personal information, information about your credit or debit card, please contact your financial institution A.S.A.P. Sincerely, Brian Berhorst, President/C.E.O.
