America Bank offers an ATM/Debit Card that you can use wherever
MasterCard is accepted.
Most checkbooks can only do one thing–checking. Our Debit Card does this
and much more. Our Debit Card gives you a faster, more economical, more
convenient way to buy the products and services you need. That’s because
it allows you to withdraw funds from your checking account without ever
having to write out a check. You can purchase groceries, gas, or
anything else. Plus, our Debit Card performs all the functions of an ATM
card. It’s the checking-withdrawing-and-transferring-funds card all in
one.
Our Debit Card is fast and easy and every purchase is as simple as using
a credit card. No need to worry about getting your checks cashed out of
town.
When you receive your Debit Card, you’ll also be assigned a personal
identification number (PIN). It’s added security against someone making
ATM transactions without your consent.
All transactions will post to your checking account and will be sent to
you in your monthly statement.
SAFETY TIPS TO GUARD YOUR ATM/DEBIT CARD
- Never insert your card or enter your PIN in any terminal that
does not look genuine
- At a drive-up facility, keep your doors locked and all passenger
windows closed
- Remove your cash, receipt and card after every transaction.
- Have your card ready when you approach an ATM
- Block others’ view. Always stand between the terminal and any
person who is waiting.
- Memorize your PIN
- Report lost or stolen cards immediately
- Never give your PIN over the phone
- Never give unsolicited callers personal information and account
numbers over the phone
- Never respond to an e-mail requesting you to provide card, PIN,
or personal information via the internet.
- Protect your card by not exposing the magnetic stripe to other
magnetic objects, which can deactivate your card.
- Record and file the name of your card’s issuer and the necessary
phone numbers for reporting its loss or theft. File the information
safely.

report a missing, lost or stolen ATM/Debit Card during non-business

ATM OPERATOR/NETWORK FEES
When you use an ATM not owned by us, you may be charged a fee by the

needs from any phone, anywhere, at anytime. Of course, you can still use
the touch-tones on your telephone keypad if you wish.
